Very straight forward experience transferring over many different types

The domain transfer process was easy to use with our own account manager assisting us throughout! We were able to choose what we wanted for hosting etc which made life easier than if I had tried it myself or used another provider of some kind. Nothing actually - but you can't go wrong as they are very good at their job. If there's anything that could be improved upon by this service then its nothing really apart from perhaps more support/customer care options available? Not sure why not though!

  • I like how they host and provide DNS services for all my domains and have been with them for years and I'm very happy

Fantastic offers excellent personalized support

The customer service department was very helpful when I purchased my domain. They were always available for me to answer any questions that came up throughout my purchase process. There wasn't much about their services to dislike. Their prices are fair, they have great options for different types of domains including ccTLDs (country specific top level domains), etc. My only complaint would be that they don't offer as many free trial periods as other registrars do. This makes it more difficult…

  • Very user friendly interface easy navigation between pages/options within page
  • Fast processing time compared most sites who took weeks versus 1 day!
Cons
  • Nothing really comes readily immediately after searching through categories.
  • Not intuitive enough
