When I read the review that this product is too rough/hard for use on the face, I was blown away! I need a hard scrub! Once saturated or submerged, it's not that rough (for me). It's not as strong as we'd like, and "tablets" very light. There is another product listing that is closer to what I was looking for, but shipping would have taken twice as long. Once I've used up those 10 packs I'll try them!

This cleaning sponge reminds me of the ones I used as a kid. Helped me with acne then and is helping now. Other facial sponges I've found and used recently are too soft. This product exfoliates and makes my face very soft. I use it twice a day with my toner. I love it!

These poufs should be discontinued. Began to break on first use. I'm so sorry I even spent a quarter on the product. I have one left, thought I would use it to clean my truck's tires, but they won't last a tire wash. Spend the extra money and buy a real buff puff - I've been using these for years. And I love real BUFF PUFF. - not this poor fake.

Do not use on face. It's like rubbing your face with a Scotch Bright Pot scrub. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY IT FOR FACE CLEANSING.

Any of you who have used the gentle Buff Puff in the past will know that it is not of this quality. They are thinner and less dense. They wear out pretty quickly. However, you get 10 of these for the price of 3 Buff Puffs. I don't use them every day. However, I don't press on them as they can scratch (like all sponges of this type). I usually buy Buf-Puf facial sponges but have come across a cheaper price. Buyers beware - this cheap imitation is trading against a great product. Very misleading advertising - they even say "like buff-puff" and sometimes just buff-puff which I assume is confusing for many buyers. good in every way with a cheaper product, go for it. Just don't think it's the same. The cheapskate in me will use them but won't buy them again. The product used on my face is worth the extra cost.

Great product for the money. You need to use some kind of cleanser with it as it 'spills' instantly and you end up with tiny fluffy strands in your mouth and all over your face. should of course only be used once (on the face) as germs accumulate. I was really excited to try these sponges as I love a good exfoliation. Let me tell you, when I opened the package, soaked it with hot water and applied it to my face as directed, I was rewarded with the wonderful sensation of running a rusty Brillo pad over my face.
