Good food, bad packaging

My kitten loves food. Too bad it's so difficult to find wet food for a kitten or dog. It would have been nice if the item had arrived safely and undamaged in the box. Instead you were cheap and everything fell apart leaving only the box. You couldn't put it in another box!?

Previously frugal, recently changed options.

It was a small saving for this brand. However, they recently changed one of the flavors and my pets don't like the new flavor. Perhaps it is better to buy this brand of food yourself in stores.
