    Not Impressed with This Cat Food

    I was hesitant to try this product since I am always careful with my pet supplies. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I've learned what ingredients to avoid and this brand failed to meet my standards. Despite being marketed as sliced chicken hearts, the amount of fillers and additives made it difficult to even find the meat. The only positive is that my cat seemed to enjoy the small amount that she did eat.

    Identical to local store

    This product appears to be identical (according to my picky cat) to what I find at my local grocery stores but is not available at my Walmart. However, I should have checked the Petco website first, where it costs the same as Revain but with free shipping (they had a "sale" so maybe that's not the case today).

    Worth trying a few jars to see if your cat likes it

    I'm experimenting with different cans of cat food to see if I can get my two reluctant cats to eat wet rather than dry. Several different vets have told me that wet cat food is better in terms of digestibility and moisture content (because many cats don't drink as much water as they should). This was one of several Fancy Feasts I've recently purchased. I offered it to a cat and he refused to even look at it. However, this cat has so far refused ANY wet food I've offered her, so I don't mind…
