Disappointing Office Video Phone

Based on my observations this device is a letdown for any office... The video quality leaves much to be desired and the touch screen can be unresponsive at times. The only positive aspect is the decent speakerphone. However, the negatives outweigh it. Overall, not worth the investment for any business looking for a reliable video phone..

Pros
  • High-quality video and audio features for professional communication
Cons
  • Requires a higher budget compared to basic video conferencing options

"Innovative office phone with video

This phone is a game-changer for our office! With its high-quality video feature, we can stay connected with our clients and colleagues in a new and more personal way. The user-friendly interface makes it easy for everyone to operate .The only drawback is that it is slightly pricier than some other models in the category but the added features are definitely worth the investment. Overall, a must-have for any company looking to stay ahead in the Electronics game..

Pros
  • High-quality video and audio capabilities for professional use
Cons
  • Requires a significant investment in upfront cost

Worst VOIP phones I've ever used

These phones don't work well with 3CX or don't work at all. With other providers I've used like Polycom, Yealink and HTEK, they all have 3CX connected. This means I can provision an extension in 3CX with the MAC address of the phone I want to provision and when I connect that phone to the LAN it will auto-initialize and they are all ready. For them to be plug and play I had to enable LLDP on the phone itself via the web interface and also LLDP on the switch they are connected to (Cisco uses CDP

Pros
  • Best
Cons
  • Ugly packaging
