These phones don't work well with 3CX or don't work at all. With other providers I've used like Polycom, Yealink and HTEK, they all have 3CX connected. This means I can provision an extension in 3CX with the MAC address of the phone I want to provision and when I connect that phone to the LAN it will auto-initialize and they are all ready. For them to be plug and play I had to enable LLDP on the phone itself via the web interface and also LLDP on the switch they are connected to (Cisco uses CDP by default so I also had to enable LLDP). . Phones constantly lost their configuration and could not be deployed throughout their lifetime. I bought these as they are one of two phones that support video and I connect them to our network so they look at the security door cam for incoming calls. Ohm VVX600 which I will buy now to replace these pieces of junk. Too bad 3CX supports these at all, it's a shame.
