I use it to extend my MacBook's USB-C dock so now I only have one cable to my laptop. It has great performance, 4k monitor, stereo sound and about a dozen USB accessories via 2 different USB 3.0 hubs. The picture on the monitor is perfect, the performance seems normal. I needed a USB-C extension cable because of my work. I needed this to extend my Wacom Cintiq drawing tablet mount to my Macbook Pro. I had a hard time finding it and some I found were overpriced. This cable was not only economical but also durable. I had no problems with the signal coming to my tablet. Everything works as it should.

This cable is just what I needed to extend my iPad's USB-C adapter. Nice. But the cable is not reversible. It won't charge or send data if it's not plugged in properly, so you may need to unplug and reverse the cable for it to work properly. Not a big deal but it was hard to find the problem. 4/5 stars

I do not recommend this product to anyone! I bought this extension so I can extend a USB-C port that I have in my computer. I also bought a VaVa 8 & 1 USB-C hub for my flash drives and flash cards, the hub sees and recognizes the flash drive but doesn't recognize any of my USB drives as one side of the hub doesn't recognize anything. If you just need a USB-C extension cable to connect or charge your phone, this cable is probably the right choice. I ordered both the 3.3ft and 6ft versions.
