The frame in this product is rusty and I have been using it for less than 6 months. It can no longer be used. The purchase price of this item literally went down the drain. Revain or will the manufacturer replace it?

RUST IMMEDIATELY. The joints where the cables are connected have all started to rust, they are less than a month old. NOT DESCRIBED: STAINLESS STEEL WIRES: This dish rack is made from powder-coated satin wires that resist rusting for durability; WAS MY CHEAP FAKE?

A year later this dish drying rack is covered in rust. The drain was the right size and nice colour, but that terrible price - advertised as 'rust resistant' - isn't true - many of the pieces of wire at the bottom of the metal part of the cistern are now rusted. I expected more for what I paid for - it's time to look for a new dish dryer. Disappointed - do not buy unless planning to change every 8 months.

Absolutely perfect! I hesitated because other reviewers mentioned that there were rust spots on the counter. I thought it was chrome. I really wanted the size and color but not the chrome. Why is it so difficult to find a decent dish dryer that actually drains water? After a few months of research I bought this one. I ordered red, but it's more bordeaux. Sigh. As you can see, any glasses or mugs placed on the coasters are drained straight onto the counter and not into the dryer. Sigh. So I put a towel underneath. Love this dryer. This is exactly the size I need and I FINALLY found one that actually drains water into my sink! The last 3 I bought said they were "slanted" enough to allow water to drain, but they didn't. Very spacious. I really only like two things about this dish rack set: First, the dish rack. It's deep enough to prevent dishes from falling out, has three baffles, and drains straight into the bottom (drip?) of the rack. Second, there are little holders on the pallet so the legs (which have spikes (I think they're plastic and not rubber like the pallet itself) fit securely into the pallet and the rack doesn't slide around everywhere.
