I think it works. but I also only wear chlorine-resistant bathing suits. Overall, I'm happy with the lifespan of my swimsuit. What I don't like is that EVERY new bottle I buy (of which there will be about 7 or 8 today) leaks. This is a permanent property of the container that holds this solution. I think I still buy this product because it seems to get the job done. But why do I always have to worry about keeping the bottle upright in my gym bag or using a zippered bag to avoid constant spills…

This product is awesome! I like the smell and it takes very little to wash a suit like a teaspoon and I have a tank top with shorts. I take a 2 gallon ziploc bag to the therapy pool and add about a teaspoon of detergent to the bag, add water and then my lightly washed swimsuit, I rinse and then leave in the solution for about 5 minutes. while i take a shower When I'm done I rinse the suit and when I get home I can hang it to dry. Haven't used it long enough to know if it brings life to my suit,

I'm taking a one-hour MF swim class. I started out with a new suit and this bottle of swimsuit cleaner, thinking it would help extend the life of the swimsuit. The bottle says it neutralizes the effects of chlorine and protects the color of the fabric.
