📏 SPEEDCLIP Measure Pencil Holders by FastCap Review

I've bought several of these for my shadowboards and they work great. Of course, I have to drill another hole in the bottom to keep the tape secure when removing it, and I actually use screws in the pre-drilled holes instead of pins. The price seems reasonable for a molded plastic device like this for them to take advantage of. We need more companies like FastCap that offer off-the-shelf, mass-production tools for everyday tasks.

I really liked my old SpeedClip that I bought a few years ago. It lasted over 2 years and the only reason I had to buy a new one was because it was stolen from my place of work. I bought these thinking they would be the same quality and they are nowhere near as good as the quality. After a few weeks the clip attached to the belt broke. Great idea just need different sizes maybe reg. and big. The tape measure slot is not wide enough for the Stanley FAT MAX clamp, I had to use a saw to widen the slot for the FAT MAX. Then the belt clip is too small for the tool belt. They shouldn't have been sent back so I installed one on my desktop and the other on a miter saw stand.
