I like that this is an easy way for my staff (and myself) who are busy with multiple tasks in our day-to-, it's nice having everything one place so we don't have time lost searching around from site A or B etc.. It also helps keep track where things need doing when you're not there physically working! I like that it's easy for me personally or my employees when they're in different time zones (or across state lines) - we are able to communicate with each other efficiently! Easy-to use interface is very helpful too!! It isn't much once you get used but there really should be an option where we could customize our own dashboard view.
