🚿 Delta Faucet T11864-SS Ashlyn 3 Setting Diverter Trim - Stainless Steel, 5.00 x 4.50 x 3.00 inches Review

Sharp looking package from Delta. This was chosen for an elderly customer with a disability who needed easy to use controls. The handle is made of metal and makes a very robust impression. I installed it on the R11000 3-way diverter valve, above the R10000, shower head and hand shower. Looks beautiful.

Easy to install and good looking. I bought this because my other shower handle was a Delta. The only thing I didn't like was that the handle isn't as close to the plate as it looks in the picture. It sticks out maybe an inch. not critical, I just think it would be more aesthetically pleasing if it were.

Looks good and drains water properly. It would be even better if the adjustment holes could be positioned on the right hand side as my hand held shower is on the right hand side. In my case, the adjustment knob is on the left when I want to direct the water to the hand shower, which is on the right. Maybe there is another model that does this, but I'm not aware of it.

seems a bit expensive but lifetime guarantee. Works great, very smooth process. The only reason it doesn't give 5 stars is that the set screw is shiny silver and long enough that it doesn't sink in and sticks out a bit for you to see. A trifle, but noticeable to me against the background of dark bronze. Customer service was great - I emailed them to let them know and they sent a brand new unit. with another shiny silver adjusting screw.
