Thumb's up customer service!

My mom bought this product, and she loves it. . My dog chewed through one of the cords. I could not find a replacement part on ebay, so I contacted the manufacturer directly. They shipped us the replacement part, free of charge including shipping, because "we want to take care of you!" That was from the president of the company. The replacement parts showed up, work great, and we are very thankful.

Pros
  • With FDA clearance, you can be confident in the safety and effectiveness of this muscle stimulator machine for managing pain and inflammation associated with a variety of conditions including nerve and bone inflammation, arthritis, and even labor.
Cons
  • The device may not be suitable for all types of nerve pain

Died after 8 months of use

We love this machine, but for $169 it should last more than 8 months. I've sent a letter to the manufacture to which I got an immediate response that a replacement would be sent. Th at was 4 months ago and have heard NOTHING since. I've owned several of these over the years. One lasting 6 years and another over 10 years. Guess it's time to look for a new brand.

Pros
  • Quality is cheap. Used for sore muscles, it did relive the soreness.
Cons
  • Worked good for a month then just stopped money wasted super disappointed

Satisfaction in my review

This little machine is great. I deal with lower back pain. I put the pad on the side that was hurting, found the level that was comfortable to me sat back and relax, let it do its thing. It felt great. Highly recommend.

Pros
  • Not enough pads
Cons
  • The device may not work as well over time

Was best on the foot and Hip for me. received one as a gift- and the 2 different heat with tens levels is perfect for my aching feet and my hip. The TensX gel is nice to make the electrodes last longer

Pros
  • I love that there is a heat element. Works well for me.
Cons
  • Stop working in two weeks.

Heat? What heat? in my review

Heat relief is almost non existent and the battery can hardly make it though a session. The pads lose their stick after the second application. This really sucks. I have other pads last 6 months of regular use. Not these!

Pros
  • 1 Lithium Polymer batteries required.
Cons
  • The device may not be durable

Relief - Finally! - my new review

So far, this seems to be the catalyst for recovery on a total knee replacement that has been atypical. As I approach the 6 month anniversary, having tried physical therapy, acupuncture, massage, a-stem, draining, cortisone injection, I am feeling relief. Could be time, but the tens unit stimulates my knee and the entire lower leg, which has seemed to help with pain and range of motion. I am currently using the unit twice daily for 30-50 minutes each time.

Pros
  • 13.74 x 13.15 x 2.4 inches; 2.16 Pounds
Cons
  • May not be effective for all types of back pain

If it only held a charge.

This product is amazing, for the 15 minutes a day I can use it. That is about the length of time before the battery needs to be recharged for tomorrow's amazing 15 minutes. Kind of a waste of money!

Pros
  • Does great
Cons
  • This item burned my back. I’m asking for my money back.
