The handle is made of plastic, but it is still not without quality. In fact, it looks better than the one I've had in stainless steel before. But the blades are great! Feather Blades are SHARP! I don't even feel that much resistance when I get to the point where my hair is thicker. It just melts through. I've even ordered more feather blades and completely ignore the blades I used before. For the price, it's definitely worth trying.

I'm tired of spending big bucks on replacement parts for Gillette's latest multi-blade wonder. I've found spring blades to be well-regarded and have a lower cost per shave. I hate paying for straight razors that are on sale today. I remembered the straight razors my father used many years ago. I went online and found that they still exist. For a fraction of the price, they work at least as well as more modern razors. I am very happy with these razors and so is my wallet!

Bought this to replace a safety razor (not Feather) that I already had. I have several other Feather products, I was just afraid to take this one. Now that I've actually used it, I won't be using anything but Feather again! It's amazing how smoothly it does its job, of course I have to be careful.
