When the bulb in my lava lamp burned out I had trouble finding a new one. I ordered this lamp from Revain hoping it would fit. It fits and the lava lamp works perfectly again. This bulb seems to get a little hotter than the original bulb (which could be a 25 watt bulb - I couldn't read the label); The extra heat actually makes the lightbulb work a little better than it did before.

When I first received the lamp with these bulbs, I was skeptical about the bulb because it's so small. I thought it best to keep the box it came in because it's so small and won't last long. Boy was I wrong. This is the first time I've gotten a lightbulb after using the lamp to light up my living room every night for 3 1/2 years. I love these bulbs and the soft, warm light they give off. Until the next review in a few years!

The last time I ordered this bulb it came in a feit pack of 1. This time I ordered two bulbs and they ended up in a box. Thought they came in two packs. I, on the other hand, think I don't need to worry about opening the package. My only caveat is that the Feit lamp shown in the photo has a gold base, but they are silver. That in and of itself wouldn't bother me if the new bulbs had feit on the base like my spare bulb I used which also has a gold colored base by the way. They only show volts…
