Very disappointing gimbal, it clearly shows it can hold Sony Alpha a6000 mirrorless cameras and when I use my Alpha a6000 camera with two different lenses the first one is there was a 16-50mm kit lens, it couldn't hold it, and neither could the 55-210mm lens hold it. This is very disappointing for a $230 gimbal, I would add another $50 and get a better Zhiyun Weebill-S in the same size and a monster stabilizer. I do not recommend it as this item.

I have a few small cameras and several sports cameras including the Osmo Sport. I'll probably pick up the Hero 9 soon because of the controls this gimbal offers. For cameras that aren't on the compatibility list, it's a gimbal, not a remote control. But the really nice features of this gimbal have to do with the remote control. I think if you're using a Go Pro or a phone this is probably overkill, but if you're using a smaller Fujifilm camera, a Sony APS-C camera, or even the newer full-frame A7C, this might be a good option for you you. However, once I started following the step-by-step instructions, the gimbal was much easier to use than I expected. I also downloaded the manual as I'd like to read it more carefully later than the mini manual that comes with it.
