💧 FEL-PRO 35351 Water Pump Gasket: High-Quality Seal for Efficient Pump Performance Review

If you don't have a replacement metal and rubber gasket for the 3.8L GM this is a great replacement if you siliconize the bolts.

If you are replacing the water pump on a GM 3800 Series engine, GET THIS GASKET! trust me here. The ones supplied (even AC Delco) don't work as well as these.

For my water pump on my Chevy Impala 03, the water pump originally came with the original Ome gasket and it wasn't sealing so I sealed didn't order this one and it seals great, i've had no problems worth it.

These Fel Pro Water Pump Seals are great. Used 2 or 3 of these and never had a leak. I don't use sealant or RTV, just install a gasket and torque to spec. The purchase when replacing a water pump is definitely worthwhile, paper seals do not meet these requirements.

I bought an AC Delco water pump that came with one of these paper cork seals. I never use it if possible. Several online forums, forums and forums, as well as people I know who work with vehicles, have highly recommended this Fel-Pro seal as an aftermarket seal. Installation was pretty easy. There are two additional holes that fit into small grommets on the side of the motor. This will keep the gasket in place while you install the real pump.
