Rear diff leaking after fluid change on my 1970 Chevy C10

Rear diff leaked after using this gasket. I made sure both surfaces were clean and polished. Torque the bolts to 20 ft-lbs to specification. I tried tightening the screws more but it was still leaking underneath. Instead, I opted for RTV sealant. There are no more leaks. Throw away a new used leaking gasket.
