The product came with no screws or instructions to attach the plastic dome to the tunnel - only to attach the tunnel to the wall. The picture shows the screws in the dome, but the dome supplied did not have holes to allow for the dome to be attached to the tree.

At first he was very hesitant. And we hesitated to drill so many holes in the wall, not knowing if he would like it. However, after we put a small mat on the bottom of the bowl, our cat lives in this thing! I think he may have been afraid to lie in it when he was clean. I like the design and it was easy to install.

I have ladders. Their design wasn't terrible, but the wall plugs and screws to attach it to the wall didn't work at all. The screws would not even attach to the anchors. As if they were the wrong size screws and dowels. I used my own anchors and screws which worked much better. Too much to charge and devices cannot be set up properly

The included anchors were useless, we had to buy them at the hardware store because they went straight into the wall/fell out. But that seems to be the case with every brand of cat wall. Still, we LOVE this product and so do the kittens :) We colored it white and combined it with some other items I bought from Revain. They love it! I put cat treats on each shelf to encourage them to explore.

Bought in March, installed. I did notice that the drywall anchors that came with the kit were a bit flimsy, but damn I used them anyway. Fell off the wall a few weeks ago WITH MY CAT IN IT. Plastic cracked, no longer good. I've tried looking up the company's contact information for a replacement and NOTHING, even though the description says to contact them if you have any problems. Definitely not worth the cost.
