Just received today - so excited. The models are 3" high for children and a maximum of 4" for adults. I want people to get taller so I plan on using the adult patterns for the kids and enlarging the adult patterns to make the adults taller - 5.5-6 inches for adults. This makes them work better with a 1/12 scale dollhouse that I have. Larger dolls are also a better option for our 3-5 year old grandchildren. Very good book with well written instructions. Instructions and tongue twisters are easy to follow. Love the information on additional projects like purses etc. The instructions for the larger wall mount could have included more suggestions on how to finish and hang the artwork. One downside I encountered was the list of providers that the author suggested. I could not find the required consumables from the vendors listed. This is understandable considering how things are changing in the market
