It doesn't work for speakers or mics or at least none of the 4-5 I've tried, they're all Bose and Blue mics so pretty useless purchase I don't even bother can use it

I probably should have done some research before buying this product but it does NOT transmit sound through your Mophie case to the accessory pouch. It seems like a good product but don't make the same mistake I made.

I was planning to use this adapter to be able to connect a microphone to my Nikon DSLR which does not have an additional connector. When I plugged it in to check how a clip recorded with and without the mic connected sounded the same. I've checked that all cables are securely and fully connected, but still no luck. The product does not work.

Life can be so complicated! I need a lavalier mic for clearer narration when making videos for iPhone. I am using a Mophie battery case which is difficult to put on and take off. Mophie uses a micro USB port to connect to the iPhone port. I could not find a microphone with a micro USB connector. This small cable perfectly connects the microphone jack to the Mophie's micro USB port. It's short, light, and adds some volume. That works fine.

I bought this to connect wired Beats headphones to my Mophie case which I use for my iPhone. It doesn't quite work and hence there is no way to get this to work.
