I measured the tips of the picks and they were all 3.5" x 3.5". I was expecting the caps to fit the 3.5" x 3.5" size as advertised, but they were slightly larger. However, they worked well and the fit was tight as I was able to adjust them as needed using the screws on either side of the cover. I'm thinking about sealing the caps on the bottom so bugs and bees can't get underneath. Well done.

The company sent me an email thanking me and asking me to call them immediately if there were any problems so they could get them resolved. Luckily the product was in very good condition, excellent quality and very easy to install. Very happy with the purchase. Can't speak to durability as they were freshly installed but they seem to be very well made so I'm hoping they will last our 4 seasons of use.

Love the look and the fact that they wipe clean easily. The 2 black screws per cap are good quality and painted black However, there was still some wiggle room around the post so I had to either put in small washers (a total agony!) or just not fully tighten the bolts on each side, which is also a bit tricky...our posts were on 1/16" is smaller than 3.5" and cap sizes inside are about 1/8" larger than 3.5", so buyer should be careful.

This is a very good product but it does not fit our standard 4x4 wooden fence posts. I'm confused as to why they fit in other reviewers' fences (except for one reviewer who noted he had to change posts), but they're too small for ours. I have contacted our fence installer to ask what to do about this but have had no response. It's too late for me to return the product and I don't know what to do in this situation. I've tried contacting the seller but haven't received a response from Heartland…
