These brackets are made of plastic. The brackets attach to the rear of the Fusion with 2 screws. This plastic was destroyed in 30 seconds with Loctite I smeared onto the bolts that popped out of the holes. I did this because I can never test/tighten them once installed. I don't know what plastic they use, but Loctite is caustic.

Perfect for mounting Fusion lights and rotating them as needed. The item is good quality, the powder coating is good quality and the bracket is aluminum so you don't have to worry about rusting. The only problem I have is the price, it's muggle for this cheap piece of aluminum, I could easily do it myself. in minutes at minimal cost, I believe less than a dollar. Instead, I decided to pay for the convenience and ordered it.

Funiex Fusion flush mount brackets are NOT metal, they are plastic. a set of metal brackets are screws. I could 3D print them myself in plastic, it's a lot cheaper, and I'd cover the back so they're waterproof from the outside of the body. If you ram them into the body you have to expect water to get in as they don't seal the light themselves and allow water to enter the mount. Disappointed with this purchase.

This thing is very fragile. It might do the job but it looks awful and folds very easily. It looked like plastic but realized it was actually thin metal. However, the mount is so deep that your headlights are about 4 inches from the license plate and it just looks awful to me! I want my lighting to be incognito and this mount takes that away from me.
