required to attach 6" pvc and 4" pvc to change from a 4" gas water pump to a 6" drain. fits perfectly. simple solution for me. very happy.

Looks like good quality but the size is too big. This is supposed to be a 6x4 adapter and both ends are MORE than half an inch larger inside. Doesn't work for what I did to return it.

This was perfect for my needs. I made a waterproof case for the cold air intake so I can make a custom scuba system. This ensured a good fit between the 6" PVC pipe and the 90 degree PVC pipe. I have no doubts that it will be waterproof. It was well made, thick elastic rubber and good screws in the lashing straps.

A lot of people think of Fernco couplings for plumbing ONLY applications but they are also often used by carpenters for their dust extractors which I used mine for. It worked great to hook up my Rikon 60-200 dust collector motor (pictured above right) to my Oneida Air Systems Dusty Vice XL to add a cyclone to the dust collector while maintaining the smallest footprint possible.

I bought this piece to convert from 6 inch PVC pipe to my radon ventilator. Unfortunately, the 6" side of the sleeve didn't fit the fan properly. But luckily I raised the fitting higher on the fan motor and it worked. So keep in mind that the 6 inch side might not suit every application but the product is great. The photo shows that the rubber boot is pushed in a bit to make the transition.

I installed this on a Radon Away RP265 Radon Fan. This worked for me. The 4" side is perfect for a 4" PVC pipe (apparently a pipe, not a larger pipe fitting). The 6 inch side was a bit oversized for a Radon fan (a fraction of an inch) but was easily tightened around it snugly. At first I was worried it would be too loose because it's not as tight as the 4 inch side. originally on a 4" pipe. After breathing it around, however, it shut tight.
