Great for home brewing, good for kegs and kegs

Great for my home brewing, no more shaking and splattering of the wort. Disinfect, connect oxygen, turn off for about a minute, done. Huge time saver and actually quite fun to watch.

Pros
  • fingers crossed
Cons
  • not reliable

Home Brewer: Use it!

Very satisfied with the performance. I use this with an aquarium pump to aerate the bottle after adding yeast. Work for 5-10 minutes until the free space is filled with foam. This reduced my yeast start time by about 6 hours. I wish I had found this sooner.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • There are shortcomings

0.5 micron aerator clogs easily

This aerator is too thin and requires filters to restrict particles that clog 0.5 micron pores. When operating on an ozonizer, the generator pumps will clog the diffuser after a few minutes of operation. The diffuser had to be cleaned repeatedly with boiling water and filtered air. You can choose diffusers with higher porosity, e.g. B. 10 x 0.5 micron.

Pros
  • New to my collection
Cons
  • No mold required

Works better than expected and great quality

I wasn't expecting to get more than 2 liters per minute but I got it and more. I go to around 10psi with no problem and the bubbles are clearly small and the quality of my gas (when I use it as a filter) has improved. Thanks Ferroday people! It easily saturates 2 liters of liquid in a gas at around 5-10psi in seconds. Attached photos were taken at 10 second intervals.

  • Certified
Cons

Using a rock doesn't carbonate drinks any more than shaking a bottle.

I bought this hoping it would carbonate my drinks without having to shake the bottle. I tried adjusting the valves to give a slow, steady flow of bubbles. After reaching the maximum pressure, the drink remained empty. Tried several times to set the flow rate. Each time the drink was tasteless. I ended up shaking the bottle as usual with the diffusion stone still submerged in the water. It has carbonated the drink. but when trying to remove the stone, too many bubbles formed on the stoneโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • too stupid
