I have had the same make and model for almost 7 years. I replaced it in 2016 after dropping my old one many times and the chord came loose. I should have looked at the reviews that said it was a scam. Less than 1.5 years later, he started making horrible noises. I didn't drop this one because I wanted to be more careful and hoped it would last. Really disappointing considering what I paid. 125 dollars! Stay away. Save our money or buy from trusted site. This genuine brand is amazing.

My husband bought this for me when my other hair dryer died after 25 years. I have thick hair and this blow dryer works great. It's lighter in my hand and lighter on my wrist. The cord is nice and long and the dryer sits haphazardly on the counter. I don't use any extra parts, I just want to use a blow dryer on my brushes.

That's not a good price, a $20 hair dryer does the same thing, there's nothing special about this product. I had one from this company about 10 years ago and it was a much better quality product. disappointing.

Straightens hair, dries quickly, exceptionally light. After using this dryer in a good hotel, I immediately bought it. The price is high but I am very very happy with this purchase and the look of my hair. The retail price of $160 is a little high, so I'm hoping it lasts a few years. I really like this hair dryer. I wanted it to be light yet dry on the hair in as little time as possible. This is the case! In addition to the cold air flow, there are 3 temperature control modes so that the temperature is always right. Plus it's a great hair dryer!
