🎨 Fiebing's Leather Stain: Enhancing Leather with Quality Color Review

What a great illustration of the difference between the leather stain I used and the color of the leather. I was expecting a dark brownish green. This happens on vegetable tanned leather that looks almost like lacquer. If that's what you need, then great.

After years of abuse and exposure to the sun, my motorcycle saddle has turned from black to a disgusting gray-green. I have used this color and it has restored my saddle to the deep black it was when I first bought it. Use sealer if you don't want the stain to get onto your clothing or skin.

Came as described and was really easy to use. I tried to dye/dye my pink shoes that I received but as you can see in the pictures they are dark purple. I used acetone before applying the stain but after applying 4 coats it still didn't get very dark and uneven but that is due to the method of application (I used a sponge). It was perfect for restoring my old Coach Station bag. I wasn't looking for a completely new look. A cotton swab dipped in stain applied to worn corners and edges took the bag from worn to worn and blended in perfectly. I think if you wanted to refresh everything all around that would work as well.
