Description of 🎧 FiiO FD1 Wired Hi-Res Earbuds with Beryllium-Plated Dynamic Driver, 4-Stranded High-Purity Monocrystalline Copper Cable, 0.78pin, Strong Bass - Blue (No Mic)

[Flagship-grade beryllium-plated diaphragm driver]With FiiO's typical flagship-grade headphone technology, the FD1 headphone dynamic driver is made of high-end beryllium, known for being light, thin yet extremely rigid. It brings you a sense of movement and power, shaping majestic sound performances. That means 4 times more rigid than steel, three fourth lighter than titanium, and sound velocity up to 12KM/s.Extraordinary configuration just perfectly matches with you. [Two-way magnetic circuit design, powerful driven capacity]The FD1 earphone dynamic driver is designed with an N50 two-way magnetic circuit having a 55% magnetic flux promotion and nearly 1 Tesla of magnetic field intensity compared with the traditional single magnetic circuit. The double magnetic flux activates forceful driven capacities that enable energetic, robust bass performances and even full and delightful transient responses. [Patented balanced pressure relief technology, for long-time wearing]The beryllium diaphragm coupled with the two-way magnetic circuit design allows improved bass acoustic pressure and deeper bass explosion. Plus FiiO patented balanced pressure relief technology, the pressure is able to stay in a balanced state after precise counting and adjusting. You can comfortably enjoy hi-res music for a long time with no burdens. [Gold-plated retaining ring, stable vocalization unit]The FD1 earbuds is meticulously designed with a gold-plated aluminium alloy retaining ring and sound tube for each unit, beautifying the FD1 and simultaneously providing way stable cavity for the audible unit, achieving incredible sound quality. The loose and atmospheric bass, clearly transparent mids and high-resolution treble, are specially tuned with relatively balanced distributions. [Higher-standard upgraded accessory,4-stranded high-purity monocrystalline copper cable]Included with the FD1 HiFi headphone is the cable made of braided Litz wires, 30 cores per strand, 4 strands in a total of 120 cores. Ensuring better audio transmission performance under the naturally-occurring yet adverse "skin" and "proximity" effects. What this means for actual listening is improved bass, hauntingly realistic vocals, as well as obviously promoted sound quality.

No words in headphones

For the price these are my favorite IEMS. They have a very nice balanced sound with no harshness in the high frequencies. They have a healthy amount of clean bass without being muddy or boomy. The supplied hard case, the high-quality cable and a good accessory set complete the offer. Now I'm looking forward to trying one of Fiios' more expensive IEMS. My concentration camp will get the rest they need.

Good value for money if you like heavy V-shaped sound

These Chinese IEMs are amazing value for money, sounding better than most on-ear or in-ear -Headphones average consumer has heard. The level of detail is above average, but they use a heavy V-shaped (main) curve (imagine exaggerated bass and treble, suppressed mids), which isn't very good. I kept them but got the much more expensive FH5 which for what you get are probably the best headphones I've seen. Check out the Crinacle Rankings (dotcom) to start your research.

Slightly positive but strong

Great job for the price. IMHO much better than fh1s. They hit hard and have great clarity. I used nx4 dsd topping. Tracks.Rush. Tom Sawyer, Iron Maiden. Revelations by Patrice Rushin. Don't forget me, core. The age of computers. Too loud. Ready to explode. They sounded very good until a track came along that was too loud. Then they got a little lighter. For the price I'm very happy with it, is blon o3 better? I am not sure. I never bought them. I'm still waiting for the Bad Guy Good Audio…

Awesome EIM for in-ear headphones

I have BLON-03 and Tin T4, but I still lacked the wide sound with deep, well-separated bass and clean treble that I got with my old V-Mod headphones -Vibes worked so well. The FD1 definitely achieved that, and it's just nice to see a complete package that doesn't require you to switch crappy cables or fiddle with EQ and accessories. The sound is great right out of the box. I'm a little sensitive to similarities and I usually like to muffle the high frequencies, that's no problem, I can listen…

Best buds under $200 I've found (tried the usual suspects)!

Tried several other brands after my Master & Dynamic cable shorted out. I never thought I would find the sound to match $200 sub $200 M&Ds, but they are better in many ways. I'm not going to try to impress you with "Audiophile Speak" like some here, but I'll buy another one before it sells out or doubles in price (or more) to reflect their true sound quality. PLEASE NOTE: They sounded awful from the start and some reviewers only recommended 9 hours of break-in, but that wasn't enough time. They

I think they'll go down in history as budget classics once they're known

I had a pair of Shure IEMs for $150 before I bought them (spoiler alert: they broke) and I can say without a doubt that these FD1s are more to my liking. The most impressive part of the product by far is the soundstage, it's absolutely MASSIVE left to right, far more so than any other element I've tried. In a way it even fits my open Sennheiser. The bass is also perfectly tuned, punchy as hell without tiring, and very real without being obtrusive or muddy. You won't get that crazy sub-bass like

Bar setting for superior sound and finish

If you like a slightly V-shaped sound signature with excellent detail, you won't find many better headphones at this price point. In my opinion, they're almost as good as their cheaper relative, the Jade Audio EA1, which I find more balanced. But to be honest, they sound as good or better than many IEMs I have that cost well over $100. The sound signature has a decent boost in bass and treble. The mids are rich and presented with the excellent sound quality you can get from a good dynamic…

winner, winner. For those searching daily

I'm a certified bushead (that's what the doctor tells me : ), with an aversion to elevated peaks in the 4K range. FD1 is classified as a 9/10 on the Basshead measurement system. There will always be that 10th person who wants their teeth to chatter and their eyes to pop out. Like most DD-only headphones, the FD1 needs to be hacked. After playing music on it (at medium volume) for 24 hours, here's what I found: The FD1 handles the frequency range very well. From the low 20Hz to high frequencies,

Fio trio! FD1 vs FD3 vs FD5

After unboxing them, the first thing that made me scratch my head was their size. I wouldn't normally expect the case to be this large unless it were crammed with drivers, and certainly not after some other single dynamic driver IEMs I have (E2000 and E2RXR). Nevertheless, they are very light and still fit well. The 2 pin connector is a welcome feature instead of the MMCX which I don't really like. The cable is probably the best I've had in this price range or below (and way better than even…
