Filtrete Allergen Defense Furnace Filter: Enhanced Filtration for Allergies Review

It is difficult to write a review. I live in a house with my fiancé and dog and have very severe allergies. I decided to spend some extra money and buy a filter that sounded like it would help me with my allergies. I put the filter in and to be honest I couldn't find anything. These are great filters that help minimize dust and dander from our 3 major labs. I've tried thinner, more expensive filters, but they seemed to clog and stress my oven, even bulging through the filter for a month and a half. This filter lasts 3 months as advertised, it's very dirty when I take it out but doesn't bend like thinner filters. Door free for 2 days with Prime. It's just child's play

These things do the trick for a product that I don't think is worth mentioning. My air is filtered, my air conditioners are working, what more can I say? I can't tell what the difference is to the purples I've used which were more expensive and supposedly catch more allergens. My wife and I have mild seasonal allergies and getting into an air conditioned home with the filters running relieves the pain.
