My husband is pretty rough with things and it's kind of cheap plastic, I'm worried they won't last long. No issues so far and no need for customer service so I just put it aside as a middle ground. The batteries seem to last the right amount of time for the quality of the product. I would buy it again but don't expect it to last too long.

Well they work. It does exist. The problem was that they triggered randomly when my phone was too far from them. So if I left the house and didn't take the car, or if my husband took the car and I stayed home, they would squeal like crazy. They turn off randomly, so they turned off when I needed to. I was disappointed.

The instructions are not clear but it is easy to set up. Hold the little buttons down for three seconds and tell him to tweet twice. Then click, click "Alarm" and it will chirp. We lost our car keys and this will tell where they are. Geographic Positioning System

It's basically just a beep that can be activated with an app on your phone. It's quite delicate so it definitely won't stand up to use and abuse. The app has a map feature that shows you where you are on a map, what's the point? Does not show where the devices are located on the map.
