I originally had a thinner lid and it wasn't as strong/protective. This. However, it is very bulky. The edges of the cover overlap the screen and make it difficult to click certain arrows, buttons, etc. that are on the edges of the page. It can also use less tilt when typing - sometimes I type on my lap and it makes it difficult to work when the iPad is upright, but I don't want it to be completely flat. Too much detail makes it unwieldy. It will do for now.

I have this case for my old iPad and it protects the iPad and can be used as a stand when watching videos. I bought one for my new iPad mini and it works just as well and is very thick and protective. The price is great and I would definitely recommend this case for all iPads.

I wasn't sure when I ordered this for my Mini 5. I have a Mini 4 and I love this case. Too bad that won't happen. fits the mini 5. I read the reviews and realized I should look for a new one. Well, this new one works very well. The holes line up well with my charger and it's easy to use. I can even support it and not worry about it slipping down. It is very good! There's even an external slot for carrying small paper (license, card, whatever).

I love this case! It fits my iPad perfectly and gives me peace of mind knowing my iPad is protected. Especially around my kids. Dropped several times, nothing bad happened. I love the density and color!

This is what I've been looking for in local stores but couldn't find at Walmart, Best Buy, Staples, Target, K-Mart. Nice choice of colors, magnetic closure, room for a stylus, protects my iPad and weighs nothing. And the price is almost hot compared to local stores for other brands that are not so perfect. I didn't estimate the shelf life as I've only had the product for a week. If it lasts as long as my last one, 9 years, then I would rate it 5 stars.

Great case for my iPad mini, it's sturdy, well made and fits in my Kindle Fire HDX case which I just replaced which is also a fintie! Great value for money, my other case I just replaced has lasted 7 years since I bought it at the same time as my Kindle Fire HDX in 2014! Good company! It also puts your iPad to sleep effortlessly, so you don't have to worry about accidentally draining the battery!
