Excellent software and outstanding customer service

I love this program, it has helped us streamline our business more than we could have imagined! The support team at KBA are amazing as well - they're always willing help you out when needed most or just simply make suggestions if something isn't quite working for your department/business needs- Great product all around!! Nothing really comes across in my opinion but everything works great together seamlessly with no issues what so ever once implemented into an organization's daily workflow of…

  • It also provides quick access via mobile devices including tablets that can be used while anywhere anytime by anyone from employees themselves down thru various levels

Useful alternative application that helped take over from previous system

It's easy for new users with minimal computer knowledge (it has an intuitive layout). I like being able to create my own fields, use custom forms if need be as well as add/remove them at any time without having to purchase additional software or hire IT support staff. The only thing i dislike about it is there are no other options out of their platform so you have limited customization choices when adding more features in the future which can make things difficult depending upon what your needs

Pros
  • Easy setup very quick installation process that takes less than 10 minutes start up! Very simple interface; almost anyone could learn how to do everything within 15 steps max even those who don't know anything abou computers really easily understand its operation after some familiarizing experience

Easy and effective way to manage event information

I like how easy it was for me as an admin, or any user of this software/website would be able use! There are so many features you can customize within your department which makes things very efficient & organized in one place!! It's not all perfect but they have made great improvements since i first used their service over 2 years ago (which has been excellent). The only downfall with using such programs online instead of offline storage at our station house office - there isn't much room left…

  • Easy interface that is intuitive enough anyone will understand no matter experience level.
