Review on FireAdmin by Jason Melvin

I like how easy it was for me as an admin, or any user of this software/website would be able use! There are so many features you can customize within your department which makes things very efficient & organized in one place!! It's not all perfect but they have made great improvements since i first used their service over 2 years ago (which has been excellent). The only downfall with using such programs online instead of offline storage at our station house office - there isn't much room left when doing large scale events where we need more space than what fits into my computer screen size. We solved problems by having everything stored digitally together rather then trying locate files after-the fact during emergencies etc.. This allowed us access anytime anywhere without relying upon other people who may forget about important documents until its too late. ! Also being connected through multiple devices helps keep track if someone forgets something while out running errands around town or even traveling.
