Firestik K-11 Magnet Mount with 18-foot Coaxial Cable Review

This mount was recommended to me by a cb shop owner. And I'm very glad I listened. Extremely strong magnetic base with a smooth surface so it won't scratch my car. Very happy; 5 Stars.

Not for high profile antennas. (I think it says so, but didn't see it when I bought it.) I don't use it as I already had a high quality antenna. He fell off my car as a large car passed me on a dual carriageway. Not good. But I don't think that's his design intent either.

I've been using this mount for a few weeks now, mounted on a FLAT surface with a Firestik 3ft Firefly antenna and medium spring with no problems.
