FIRMAfon - Affordable calling solutions

I like that it gives us many options to choose from when looking for calls we need our clients can pick out their own number so they have control over where this call is being made at no additional cost or headache! Not much i dislike about firmaFON but as always there are improvements all around!! Great product great price easy-to use platform very personal service excellent customer support team available 24/7 if needed. Call centre management system which allows me manage my agents in real

It has helped us expand business by growing awareness and making clients aware of the benefits of our services. We use firmafon's chat feature which is easy to use, efficient and has made our job so much easier. We use firmafon's IVR solution and have been impressed with its ease of use. Pros
  • Provides excellent value for money as the price includes features such as call recording, voice mail etc
  • Very easy to use; no need for technical support from firmafon, simply download the software and follow instructions
Cons
  • Sometimes it may be difficult to identify what a particular person said during a call, although there is a feature where a transcriptionist listens to each conversation and writes down what was said verbatim.
