These extensions avoid protruding cables.

I used these with outlet extenders to increase the number of outlets near our company conference table. The straight plugs on the extension bars protruded awkwardly from outlets very close to the table. Since extensions weren't offered with off-set plugs, these extensions took care of that, squeezing the cords tight against the wall—neatly and securely.

Hard to find in stores

Bought 2ft. one. I bought it for my coffee maker. , Small kitchen appliances have short cords. This cable helps me to pull the coffee maker out of the deep kitchen counter. The extension cord is made from heavy-duty, heavy-duty 14 gauge wire. You don't want to use cheap home appliance extension cords, and the shorter the better. I couldn't find a short round black extension cord anywhere in local stores.

Just what I needed for my kitchen sink

I got this because I have a new dishwasher and the plug on it is flat and won't fit in a socket. I couldn't swap outlets because of the way the wiring was done. I almost bought a much longer cable until I found this. Gave me an easy fix as the connector on this one goes to the side and I was able to just keep going. Just long enough and has the right gauge of wire. Ideal!

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Useless features

Good for certain spaces

This is a very strong cord which we used in the kitchen as the second plug in the socket is effectively blocked by the toaster. It hardly goes beyond that, making it ideal for use with an electric pressure cooker, blender or air fryer without having to move the toaster, although we still don't want to use more than one at a time. We didn't want to risk it with a smaller cable and this one seems absolutely perfect.

So useful for power strips

I have a small apartment with few outlets but I have lots of appliances, computers, stereos, TVs etc. I can't put a plug in any of my outlets just because they are inaccessible due to a piece of furniture are. These Firmerst Extensions are the perfect solution for me. Essentially, they allow me to place the outlet where I can reach it without interfering with my furniture again. They are well made and UL approved for the full load of a standard household socket (1875W). The flat plug allows the

Just what I need to use the outlet behind the kitchen trash cans!

This 2 foot flat bottom plug is just what I needed to fit behind a 4 tier spice rack in the kitchen that was blocking a 15 amp outlet. The spade connector is almost flush and the cord runs under my spice rack to a 3 outlet extension cord so I can easily plug in various kitchen items like a rice cooker, toaster and bread maker in front of the spice rack. Well done. and durable, this 15 amp power strip is a winner. The thickness of 14 AWG provides effective protection against overheating. UL…

Exceeded my expectations and works great with Sonoff Basic

It's nice to have a product that surprises you these days with a quality that exceeds all expectations. I didn't have high expectations when I ordered these basic 2 foot extensions (they're only short extensions after all - about $5 each), but I was pleasantly surprised to find them to be very strong and well made. Everything about them appears to be of good quality, from the molded connectors and connector attachment to the insulation of the cable itself. The ones I received had exactly 24…

Perfect fit for my application.

I recently replaced my dishwasher. The original dishwasher was wired directly, which I think is a very silly way to install a dishwasher. I think the same thing about the direct wired garbage chute. I installed an old working electrical box and standard outlet behind the dishwasher where the Romex cord came out of the wall. If the power cord I bought with the dishwasher had a 90 degree plug it would have been fine, but it was a straight plug which didn't allow the dishwasher to be mounted close
