Great beginner/cross bike!

I bought this for my 2 year old daughter for Christmas. While she's a little lacking in planting her feet firmly on the ground (with the optional lowering kit), she still loves to practice riding indoors. I was very impressed with the finish and quality of the product and intend to buy another pair when my twins are older. Most importantly, I was most impressed with FIRSTBIKE's customer service when I asked about a manufacturing anomaly. Support was quick, polite and fixed the issue!

Pros
  • GERMAN DESIGN AWARDED WORLDWIDE FOR SAFETY - child-friendly rear drum brake; Horse saddle prevents children from slipping; Steering wheel doesn't turn fully and helps keep direction
Cons
  • Incredible piggy bank

Best standing bike among tricycles, scooters and vans

This is a standing bike. I like it, it has good wheels and they roll fast and smooth. It has a handbrake so my little monkey child can get used to it. I have to teach him one less thing, not that he listens to me. I don't even go there most of the time, but this bike, it's there. He loves it, he calls it his "standing bike" and I call it that. If you don't like the name, please don't shoot the messenger and don't mention it in front of him, just keep it secret because he might get offended. The

Pros
  • ADDITIONAL SECURITY FEATURES - no sharp edges or protruding screws; reflective stickers for better visibility; inflated high-quality Schwalbe tires absorb bumps; Safety handles protect children's fingers
Cons
  • Not all will fit

Great little bike! Perfect for our special needs toddler!

My daughter LOVES her FirstBIKE! She is three years old and has sensory processing issues that make it difficult for her to express herself confidently in many areas. We tried some other well-known balance bikes for them to strengthen them and encourage them to find a new independence. But she hated them both. Foam wheels, steel frame, no pivot limit, open bearings. Just a few things that I think could be the reason these bikes didn't suit her. She has always loved riding toys so I was…
