Love the design, open face (no glass), perfect size for us. The only thing I would wish is for the tips of the dial hands to be darker or lighter, a more eye-catching color so you can tell the time. The gold color is nice, however the hands of the dial are almost invisible from a distance, this could be improved. Otherwise everything is fine with the watch. We paint the tips of the dial hands in a color that we can quickly identify.

This large wall clock can be done in a modern or retro style depending on the overall decor. Love it, it suits the space above our fireplace and the cream, brown, bronze color is beautiful. Please note: due to the cream background of the dial, a contrasting wall color is best. Our wall is very similar to the color of the clock and I think it would be lighter in contrast. The watch itself works well and appears to be silent.

I bought this watch in silver. I knew the gears would be plastic but they look like plastic. Overall I think the watch is pretty looks cheap (at almost $100). I actually sent this clock back because the hour hand didn't point to the hour no matter how hard I tried to set it. So at 4:00 p.m. the little hand was pointing halfway between 4 and 5, and as the minute hand turned it got even worse. It feels really cheap. The artificial plastic gears protrude far beyond the face of the clock. So when you're on either side, it's difficult to read the time (the hands are almost two inches from the dial). If it's not in good lighting, it will also be difficult to see the hands.
