The battery does not hold a charge. Bought this for my son for Christmas 6 months ago. This should take much longer than before. waste of money

My first review I have one star because a dog suddenly stopped working after five minutes of play. Customer service has been really great at fixing things and immediately sent us a new dog that works great and we didn't even have to send the old one back. Cute puppy.

Arrived quickly but unfortunately didn't fit. Glad we tested it before Christmas morning! There was a loose cable and we couldn't put it back in. However, we returned with no problems. When we reordered, it cost $10 more, so we decided to get a different item. Too bad it seemed like a great article.

The thing is damn loud. When your kids play with it, no other nasty music, barking and laser noise activities are allowed. The way the dog is remotely controlled is also quite confusing, and it's not always clear what's causing what. Without any actions on the remote control, the dog is already running back and forth, dancing and all this to loud annoying music.

My 8 year old son loves this puppy. Easy to use and great fun for you with kids. The only thing I don't like is that you have to unscrew the bottom of the pawl to take the battery out and charge it. The battery must not be charged inside the dog. It would be much more convenient to just add a port to the dog to plug in the charger when needed.

Was looking for something different for my 6 year old. This remote control dog was perfect as my toddler loves dogs. We're always trying to get ours to do tricks or hang out in the bedroom. Now there is an interesting way to pique a dog's curiosity. This purchase has not been opened as it is Christmas so I have no further information at the moment.

The dog is charming. Works great and the service is phenomenal. When I didn't realize I had bad batteries, a group of 6 bad ones, the supplier patiently worked with me to fix the situation, not knowing it was me. I bought a new set of triple A batteries and everything worked beautifully. My grandson loves a dog. And I had a great experience with customer service.

Update: The seller contacted me after my return option expired and offered to ship a new battery. In fact, they sent me 2 batteries. Unfortunately this didn't solve the problem so they immediately sent me a new one. It works great! The customer service I received exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend buying this item or anything else from this seller. I would not recommend this product. We've only had it for 30 days and we're already having battery issues.
