Bought for two 7 week old kittens that I rescued. At first they weren't interested, but now they like it! The instructions aren't very helpful so I made the same as the other poster, I looked at the picture on Revain. It wasn't difficult to find out. Took me less than 30 minutes. Costs money!

This is very handy, maybe for a house cat or a normal sized kitten, but not for a larger cat. too short for my cat to jump on and he can't use the wicker bed, it's too small. the closet is ok, it just fits, but no extra space. I think I'll shop around for my next purchase because you really can't tell the size online. But in general it is well put together after you put it together.

The support system is unstable, one support leg is not even connected to the base. The basket is tiny, with no real padding around a lone metal rim designed to hold thin fabric in a round shape. I was also dismayed to discover that the top shelf was nothing more than a flat board around which a thin faux fur trim could be stretched. All screws remain open, the fabric does not even cover the top ones. I would not recommend it at all.

My little 12 week old brothers love their Christmas tree very much. Lots of fun activities. Jump, chase, play with comfortable hug places. Assembly was easy! The only tricky part was screwing the four interior posts of the apartment. You should do it by feel, not by seeing the screw hole. I got it done in about 35 minutes. Beautiful and strong. You can place a folded blanket or towel on the top seating platform for extra softness. I did this.

The box has been sealed with two different types of tape, indicating it was opened and then resealed. The screws and fasteners were in an inexpensive gallon ziplock bag. There were no assembly instructions included. Too small for our cat, especially the hammock. I'm not happy at all with this purchase but I doubt I can put all the pieces back in the box which is why I haven't returned it yet. The more I think about it, I think I'll bother to take it apart and return it.

Too small for my 12 lb cat. However, it is doable. It fits great on and in the box. It looks like she's liking it so far. She usually starts right away when I put something new on her. When I put it in the basket, it immediately curls up. Putting it together required a bit of guesswork and patience. but doable again. I definitely recommend putting it against a wall as it's very small and doesn't carry much weight so I wobble a bit when she jumps off.

My cats love this tree and it's right at my eye level as I work from home so they communicate more. The only drawback are the walls/pipes at the edge of the upper bed. They don't fasten and don't fasten - my cat fell asleep a couple of times, leans on the edge and flies away. No injury, but an older cat could be injured. I had to work with one hand to support sleeping children! REVISED! I brought a construction stapler to the top edge and that seemed to work. I attach three staples on each side

The assembly is a bit tricky, as you try to blindly screw some screws into the posts. And the instructions are terrible. I ended up discarding the instructions and just using the picture of the finished tree that was on Revain's list. I'm a little worried it will be able to carry my cats because it's a little smaller than I thought it would be. My cats weigh 11 and 12 pounds and the wicker hammock seems to be stretching a little as I watch my little critters enjoy their new kingdom. I think…
