Great product. Very fine cashmere and workmanship. But since it is very light and not thick, it can hardly be described as ultra plush. This hat is warm for its weight and very comfortable for its weight and quality. The tight fit is likely to loosen with use. But while it doesn't stretch, it's also a bit short, and I currently wear it cuff-down, which isn't my preferred style.

Excellent hat made from very soft cashmere yarn. It's well made and just perfect. It also comes in a collapsible flat box with Fischer's name on the box. It's perfect for a gift. I've read some reviews that suggest this is not cashmere. Luckily the manufacturer responded and put up a notice stating that the item the customer received was not made by Fishers Finery and that they should return the item. I took a chance and placed an order and am so glad I did. The hat I received is great.

A year ago I never had a hat. Then I got Covid and pneumonia and just didn't get warm. I've tried several hats from different manufacturers, many combinations of weight and material. Fast forward to this winter and this Charcoal Fisher is still my favorite! Light, slim and the most beautiful option. Doesn't crash. If there's a slight problem, the place I bend it won't stay in place. Male, 7 3/4 hat and shaved head, relaxed fit.

Great hat. So soft, cozy and attractive. Nevertheless, I sent the hat back because it is not a real winter hat. In Minnesota, it's more like a baseball cap. It has its place in my hat repertoire, but when I bought it I expected a winter hat, not a November hat. This is by far the softest, warmest, lightest and best fitting cuffed hat I have ever owned. I'm so glad I spent $40, which I don't usually do just for a winter hat. It's both iconic in design and no-frills. After putting the cap on the first few times it took the shape of my head and didn't, well, fit. Glove. Definitely a purchase recommendation if, like me, you have never been satisfied with a simple winter hat. I also have a problem with this type of hat, it makes my forehead itch like hell.
