They're easy to use and actually pretty safe to use, especially if you're using them on a cutting board. Fiskars is one of the best companies for scissors, blades etc. They are sharp and don't dull easily. Keep out of the reach of small hands because although the cutting blade is not very large, it is very sharp.

If you have a Fiskar paper cutter with a guide system, these are the cutting blocks you need. They're pretty hard to find, even on Revane. If you cut a lot of paper or thick material, you will need to change blades more often than normal users. They cut a nice straight clean line when used in a full length straight cut. This is the "I" style and I don't think the "H" style will do.
