Perfect for portion control but I don't use it for that ;) I put them in my kids lunch boxes and they're really airtight for fruit, spaghetti and yogurt. I even put them in my snack bag on the go.

These boxes are conveniently sized for one serving. I like that the boxes are dishwasher safe. The only downside is that the lids are quite fragile. If you drop one, the lid will break off and not close properly. The containers themselves are very flexible.

You are sent to school with a 5 year old child for his snacks. Lid does not close properly. He comes home with a backpack covered in juices and garbage. They have been placed in the dishwasher on the 3rd (top) level and are marked dishwasher safe. They were great for the first few weeks, then they went bad.
