Doesn't sync to phone

The scale doesn't sync my weight to my phone. I set it up correctly, it shows up under devices but when I step on the scale nothing happens. Judging by other reviews and forums, I'm not the only one who has had this experience. Keep in mind!

Too bad it's not synced.

Hardware is unusable due to software/sync issues. Followed instructions on T and nothing synced. Even with a newer phone that is on the list of compatible devices. After going through the support threads there are dozens of people with the same problem. Pretty surprised that Fitbit doesn't release such unfinished software.

  • Great for outdoor activities

Don't buy the Fitbit Aria Air. Just buy a Fitbit Aria 2.

Disappointed. The BMI log is always blank, then you need to go through the graphs and swipe left to get the BMI section. You have to restart your phone every time you need to take a measurement. I think you get what you pay for. I advise buyers to buy the Fitbit Aria 2. It's just a simple scale equal to $20. It's not worth spending 50€ on it.

ARIA AIR SCALE best medical supplies and equipment

I can't connect my Bluetooth scale to my iPhone XR. The Fitbit app shows the added device but doesn't connect. From my research, Fitbit released the scale before it was debugged. This is not the way to gain the trust of your customer base. Would give zero stars but must give at least one to post. Edited on 11/28/19. I spoke to a Fitbit rep about the Bluetooth issue and they suggested I send the scale back. They also said they would email me when the issue was resolved. They sent an email, I…

  • A dream come true

  • Big and bulky

I've been trying to get this to work for over an hour and a half. It should be a two minute install. Never works, never. It either won't sync (tried 6 different troubleshooting methods), won't connect (tried 3 different Fitbit accounts and 3 different phones), won't reset (tried hard reset 10+ times but never worked) or won't turn on (died 5 times). To return. Over the past 10 years, I've had about 500 different personal technology devices, multiple Fitbit watches, multiple scales that sync to…

It was easy to set up. first time.

Easy to set up. first time. Side by side it shows 2 pounds more than the old scale. No problem. I came back later and he wanted me to rebuild it. Then the phone was not found. I then had to reset the scale because they knew it was already set. Then I had to reconfigure. I had to set it up AGAIN this morning and it wouldn't sync. So I gave up and dialed this morning's number and I moved on. I was going to say I could get a cheaper scale if I knew but now they're here so I'll just keep them and…

Very misleading marketing (no way to measure body fat percentage)

For those who don't get it, this scale does NOT measure body fat percentage. For those of us who aren't fitness experts and don't understand the difference between body fat and BMI, "body weight and BMI" in the title and description is misleading. It literally just measures your weight and then the app makes an equation with your height. This is a very inaccurate way of measuring body fat percentage. Not to mention MANY scales in the same price range that offer body fat measurements. I find the

Definitely not a good value.

The scale is very low-tech. for what it's worth. When you step on the scale, the application must be running and displayed on the phone screen, otherwise the data will not be synchronized. When it syncs, it will appear on the screen and you have to tap to add it to the data. If I need to hold my phone in my hand and the app works when I weigh myself, I can enter the number in the spreadsheet as well. At least I can do it later if I want (I can remember my weight long enough to write it down…
