Perfect for hot days

This is a good size. the silicone bottle and drink tip are good quality. I've only taken it out once, but I filled it with water and froze it, then put it in the side pocket of the spandex shorts, good for about an hour, keeping me a little cooler, and giving me enough to sip on for the longer (1.5 hr) run. The bite tip is also really good, and doesn't leak. I think the size might also be good to put a second one in my running bra.

Pros
  • Can be easily attached to bags, backpacks, or hydration packs
Cons
  • The flask may be more likely to degrade or break down over time due to exposure to UV rays or other environmental factors

Updated review good for me

Updating my review. I contacted customer service after the cap broke within a few weeks. They sent me a replacement! Great customer service

Pros
  • DIRECTIONS FOR USE: We recommend rinsing the flask thoroughly before first use. If you experience taste mix ½ a teaspoon of BAKING SODA with water, shake and rinse. Users have also found the following to be useful: Fill with MILK, shake, and rinse. Add drops of lemon. Let an orange peel or tea bag set in the flask for a couple of hours. To hydrate, simply softly bite the mouthpiece and press the soft flask and enjoy! The harder you press, the faster the liquid will exit.
Cons
  • The flask may be more difficult to pack or store than traditional water bottles, especially when partially filled

Just what I needed!

The 8 oz Fitley pouch is exactly what I was looking for and performs perfectly. I no longer have to wear a waist pack or hand carry hydration while running. The Fitleys fit perfectly in the pockets of my running skorts, are easy to access, don’t slosh at all, and are easy to fill and clean. Love the bite valve! One is all I need for every day training and I used a combo of three 8 oz Fitleys for hydration while running a marathon recently and the system worked great!

Pros
  • Soft material is comfortable to hold and doesn't cause your hands to cramp up
Cons
  • The soft material of the flask may make it more difficult to attach to carabiners or other attachment points

This product is exactly what I was looking for: small, flexible, easy to drink, and fits in a running pack. There was a flavor issue but that went away after a couple of uses. It started to leak after a couple of months of use though.

Pros
  • Flasks
Cons
  • The soft material may make it more difficult to insert or remove the flask from hydration pack sleeves

Fits in legging pockets!

I bought two different sizes of Fitly Flasks. They are exactly what I was looking for. Sometimes when going on a long walk, I don't want to lug along/carry a water bottle. Both sizes I bought fit easily into the side pockets on my leggings. I love that I can also pack them in a suit case and they flatten out like a pancake. Genious!

Pros
  • Can be easily filled up at water stations or fountains during races, marathons, or other events
Cons
  • The flask may not be suitable for individuals who prefer a water bottle with insulation to keep their drinks cooler or hotter for longer

Perfect for long runs in the pocket

12 oz is perfect for long runs and this fits in the compression shorts phone pocket perfectly. allows a drink on the road without sloshing around and easy to refill at the next water station. Woudl definitely buy again.

Pros
  • Fits easily into your pocket, purse, or gym bag
Cons
  • The flask may be more likely to develop a lingering taste or odor after prolonged use

Fits perfectly in those side pockets on your running pants!

So let me preface this with, I never write product reviews or comment on things.but this "flask” has been a life saver. With the current state of our world, the water sources typically available on my favorite trails to train on have been shut off. This is definitely understandable with efforts to keep people from gathering in public places, but is problematic for those training for long distances. This flask is the perfect solution for my middle distance runs when I need a quick sip. I hate…

Pros
  • Comes with a handy clip, making it easy to attach to a backpack or belt loop
Cons
  • The flask may be more prone to developing leaks or spills when jostled or bumped in a hydration pack

Great for skiing! - my new review

This fits perfectly in my ski jacket goggle pocket. The bite valve works well and I like that I don’t have to take off my mittens to use it. I took off one star because of two pesky issues. That the cap seems to loosen easily. I ended up damp a few times. Customer Service suggested that I add a little oil around the threads to make a more water tight seal. Second, I’m an engineer and can’t figure out how to take the valve apart to clean it. I suggest the company give instructions or make a…

Pros
  • SHRINKS AS YOU DRINK: Our collapsible water bottle is uniquely designed to shrink as you drink. This ensures the water doesn’t slosh around, bounce or rattle. The flexible design shapes to your hand & body, meaning the soft flask is never unwieldy. Our flexible water bottle features an intelligent bite valve & leak-resistant mouthpiece.
Cons
  • The flask may be more likely to develop a foul odor or taste over time, especially if not cleaned properly

Perfect for a sip! in my review

5 oz is not alot, but it fits nicely in a pocket and gives you a few sips if you're not near a water bottle or a bottle is not convenient to carry. And no cap to lose! But the picture made me think I was getting 4.

Pros
  • Comes in a variety of stylish colors and designs to match your personal style
Cons
  • The flask may not be suitable for individuals with large hands, as the soft material may not provide enough grip

Light weight and easy to cary

Just bought this product and matched with the description. So far I’m happy with this product because it’s light weight and very easy to cary while I’m running on trail.I usually filled with water the day before and freeze it for couple hours then move it to the fridge for overnight. On the next morning I’ll take it on my run and it’s so nice and cold, very refreshing.

Pros
  • Large opening allows for easy filling and drinking
Cons
  • The flask may be more prone to tipping over or spilling if not placed on a flat surface

No plastic taste! best in my review

I love this bottle! It does not have a bad plastic taste like most bottles, it fits perfectly in my runner's waist belt, and it does not bounce around when I exercise.

Pros
  • Doesn't take up much space in your backpack or hydration pack
Cons
  • The flask may not be as stable when placed on uneven or sloping surfaces compared to traditional water bottles

Smelly but works great

It works great. I use it when I snowboard. Don’t want to wear camelback. But this thing stinks in a big way. I’ve tried everything to get rid of the plastic smell. It leeches into the water. Make the water taste bad. My daughter doesn’t want to use it and so I will need to buy something that doesn’t stink. It some off gassing. But defeats the purpose of we can’t use it.

Pros
  • Convenient screw-top lid ensures no leaks or spills
Cons
  • The soft material of the flask may make it more difficult to drink from while on the move

Game changer in my review

Perfect for your pocket, bought the 5oz and waiting for my 8oz to come in! I’ve told all my running friends about them! Highly recommend!

Pros
  • MADE TO MOVE: Our soft flask is specially crafted for vigorous activities such as running, hiking, cycling and climbing. The perfect sporting companion, take it everywhere with you! Our soft water bottle can be folded and tucked into your pocket or bag. Our soft flask comes in 5 size variations and are freezable so they can double as an ice pack.
Cons
  • The flask may not be as versatile as traditional water bottles, as it is specifically designed for running and hiking

Flexible-leakproop-collapsable-smell/taste free

These bottles are fantastic. I can run and not worry about it leaking when I run. I fill the large bottle and squeeze it inside the main section of my Fitly pack as backup hydro. The bottles are not meant for gels. They are meant for liquids. So to downgrade the rating based on that isn't proper. I keep a small one in my Fitly front pack pocket. These also are great to put in your back Tri pockets. Nothing on them to have to unscrew, pull pop or twist when your in the middle of moving. Just…

Pros
  • Made from non-toxic materials, ensuring your water stays safe to drink
Cons
  • The flask may not be as adaptable to different water sources as traditional water bottles, especially ones with narrow openings

Love it, but sometimes leaks.

I've been looking for a bottle to fit in my flip belt & these do. I love that they get smaller as you drink. They do sometimes leak. I figured out that I can't overfill them at all. There is such a small amount of water in them that I can't afford to lose any. I do still think it was worth the purchase to not have to carry a bottle.

Pros
  • It is small and very nice to hold in your pocket.
Cons
  • The nice little bottle makes water taste horrible. Very disappointing purchase.

Great small bottle to fit in my pocket while running.

Small bottle for just a bit of water while on runs. I've been taking this on runs including this past weekend's run of 14 miles. Doesn't leak in my pocket, doesn't have as I drink from it an air bubble so no sloshing of water. Easy to drink out of with the squeeze spout design. No odd taste which was one of my main concerns when purchasing it.

Pros
  • No unwanted odors or tastes, making it perfect for carrying water or sports drinks
Cons
  • The flask may be more prone to developing leaks or cracks after repeated use

Great for running good for me

Love that this fits in my leggings or shorts pocket. Easy and lightweight. Great to take on my 10k daily runs. The flask may be more prone to leaks or spills due to the soft material.

Pros
  • Hydration & Filtration
Cons
  • The flask may be more prone to leaks or spills due to the soft material

Mega stinky good for me

The smell and taste of the plastic makes it very hard to enjoy drinking anything from it. I’ve tried various things to try and remove the smell, but so far nothing worked. Save your money and time and don’t get this.

Pros
  • Easy to store when not in use, requiring minimal space
Cons
  • The flask may not be as easy to clean with a bottle brush or other tools as traditional water bottles

Straw doesn't work well but love the size

I love the size of this and that it fits into the tiny backpack that doesn't overwhelm my back or jostle around when I'm running. It's in concept, perfect for an uner 2-hour jaunt. However, I cannot get a good full drink out of it. I know to twist the end and pull to open it. When I do , I can pull a tiny bit of water through. But it's not a good drink like with my other brand of similar water bag/straw.

Pros
  • Lightweight and compact design won't weigh you down while you're on the move
Cons
  • The flask may not be as easy to fill from a water fountain or other public water source compared to traditional water bottles
