I needed a wrist brace to support my wrist and thumb which was irritated by the carpal tunnel. Ordered small on the right and left. My wrist circumference is around 6-6.25 inches. I think the Xsmall would fit well, but I went up a size because I was borderline and wanted to be able to wear a thin sleeve underneath in case the material was itchy or annoying. my skin (It's not.)
