The last multipurpose shovel I bought was like a piece of scrap plastic held together by hope and marketing. This bad boy feels like he can laugh at the apocalypse. I have very few complaints about the instrument itself. I've cut down trees with this thing and it's hard to tell it's been used at all. She works. The extra length is more of a hindrance than anything else. Extra weight and unscrews too easily during use.
