Well I was glad to get this and disappointed that the controls fell off once the box was opened and then only saw the bumpy front end. Can't settle in so I asked for a replacement. I hope it's worth withdrawing.

I bought this for my parents as an early Christmas present and the thing is a rip off. Do not buy! I have an electric fireplace for my apartment and it only costs $250 and is much bigger and a reasonable size! The image to promote this fireplace is here - full size fake look!

I love this little fireplace, it goes perfectly with our large TV. It creates a comfortable, cozy atmosphere in the room and adds just the right amount of heat to warm up the room. Would have given 5 stars but came with a broken piece. It wasn't in the box so it was packed and shipped without it.

We love this heater. That works great. We originally bought it for our casita but we tested it in the main house and don't want to part with it. It is lightweight and portable and heats up the room very well. I love the look of the flame, it's very cozy and soothing. It's small, so it's perfect for small spaces.

Device is smaller than expected. It's my fault for not reading the spec carefully enough. Also, the instructions for connecting the device to the internet (and thus controlling Alexa) were overly complicated and didn't work. I haven't asked support for help yet.

I was very happy to receive this and fit it in my family's camper van but it was badly damaged when it arrived. The fiberglass cladding was broken in several places and the heater control panel cover was missing even in the box. I ended up buying a small electric artificial fireplace at WalMart for about 1/8th the price, which is what I should have done in the first place.

This fireplace would be great if more attention was paid to its installation. The heating is good and the faux brick, wood, resin and fiber molding is a great design and looks great. But the big ones stop here. At this price point, a two pair assembly should fit very well and require no modification by the buyer to keep it working and looking good. We really liked this little electric fireplace. It came fully assembled out of the box and connected easily to my iPhone. One of my favorite things is the realistic fire animation. It is very realistic and gives the perfect touch to the space we placed it in. The heating performance was also excellent. We ordered the smallest unit that fits under our windshield and it fitted perfectly. Highly recommended!
