Lamps received within 2 days and are as described in the Revain review. In addition, the version of the lamps that I received on 06/25/19 makes it easier to replace the batteries. As part of the setup, you will need to put batteries in the candles.

I really liked it while the first set of batteries lasted. but then tried everything, 4 or 5 screwdrivers, my husband couldn't get the screw out to open the bottom to change the batteries. Now I've damaged the head of the screw so we can't change the batteries. So upset!

Looks really good. Unfortunately one of the batteries/candles did not work. We replaced batteries but there was a problem with the device. It's okay if no candle is screwed in. Nervously reordering because it hurts to return something like this. Was very disappointed.

I LOVE THESE LIGHTS! Literally one of the best purchases I've ever made when buying things for an event. We had a company party in the basement and the downstairs was very dirty and dark and it saved the day! I couldn't photograph the math results with the rest of the lanterns and colors we used, but these lanterns were amazing!

They are great. only one problem You cannot open the battery compartment. Exactly as others have said. It's small, like using an eyeglass screwdriver, which I've tried several times and still won't open! No tools included. This is ridiculous, I'll cut my whole life off I think. Apparently some have not had this problem, but they are sold defective.

These flashlights exceeded my expectations! Sitting outside on our terrace, you feel like we're back in Greece on our honeymoon! I love that everything can be controlled with the remote, which makes it so convenient from your couch. Another great feature is the timer. We use a 4 hour option. Very nice but comes with separate batteries and it's almost impossible to open the small door to put the batteries in. The battery door is held tight with tiny screws, and even with my full toolbox of 50 types of screw heads, none were small enough to fit. Even tried the end of a very thin knife but nothing can open it. They don't give you tools to open them and the instructions don't mention it. It just says insert batteries, but doesn't mean it can't be opened. Too bad to return these lights…
