Remote control would be nice but I would buy it again if I need it; Used for the final season of Game of Thrones and worth every penny. As a result, I ordered color with a remote control, but. These original medieval candles are my favorites. They folded pretty cool and took about 6 weeks. I liked her too. The batteries die all the time, but I get new ones because I love them.

Looks decent but it's plastic so they don't look realistic. Even at dusk it was difficult to see the light. When it was dark they looked really good! I hope the batteries last a long time because it's probably cheaper to buy another set of candles than spare batteries. They can be used around Christmas or other holidays when a person wants to light candles for a darkened room. Since they are small, they are not suitable as window lamps.

These candles have a very warm glow when lit (as shown). When off, they are a matte toffee color, very different from the available white and ivory LEDs. The color and flicker when lit are reminiscent of real candles burning among the orange Dia de los Muertos marigold flowers. Black "wicks" add realism. All candles worked upon arrival and appeared smooth, durable and well made. Since I haven't had it for a long time, I can't comment on the battery life or how well the timer function works.

Bought on the subject of gatherings in search. They should be a soft light source for the room, but unfortunately they are purely decorative. let them shine But the candles are very small and don't even give enough light even when all 12 are together. I would have to buy at least 6 sets to even come close to the lighting I want. They look amazing and they are cute. They just couldn't serve the purpose of their purchase. I was very upset and seriously considered buying 5 more sets.

I bought this twelve piece battery powered set for Halloween. I ordered yellow/amber melted wax candles. They're a little smaller than a standard votive but definitely bigger than a tealight. A tea flame is shown next to these LED candles. Bought them for the altar and ambient light. The light is not glaring, but penetrates well through the hard plastic candle body. I bought 24 of these Halloween Youth Dance Candles and hung them around the room with string and they worked great! The black wick was perfect for tying to keep the cord from slipping and by the end of the night the wick slipped off then was pulled back on with a little but gentle pressure so we could easily untie it.
